Reports to the Attorney-General
The Attorney-General is the Minister responsible for the Judicial Conduct Commissioner Act 2015.
If requested, the Commissioner must give the Attorney-General information about how the Commissioner carries out their role under the Act.

Annual Reports
Each year, the Judicial Conduct Commissioner publishes a report about:
- the complaints received
- how the complaints were handled
- the outcomes of the complaints.
This is required under section 27 of the Judicial Conduct Commissioner Act 2015 (JCC Act).
The Commissioner’s 2025–26 Annual Report will be tabled in Parliament on 13 October 2026.
