Annual Report
The Commissioner is required to publish a report each year that details information and statistics in relation to complaints and their outcomes (as outlined in section 27 of the Judicial Conduct Commissioner Act 2015 (JCC Act).
Responsible Minister
The Commissioner must provide the Attorney-General with specified information about the exercise of the Commissioner’s functions under the JCC Act if requested to do so.
